World Epilepsy Day – Learn Educate and Repeat

Epilepsy doesn’t affect only the child, it touches the whole family. Caring for a child with epilepsy requires patience, consistency, and ongoing learning, and caregivers deserve support just as much as the children they look after. So, talking about caregiver wellbeing helps families feel stronger, more confident, and less alone.

It was heartening to see parents asking questions, sharing experiences, and supporting one another. Moments like these remind me how powerful awareness and learning can be when it is rooted in understanding and partnership..

To every parent and caregiver caring for a child with epilepsy, your role matters, and so does your wellbeing.
